Located right at Mount St Louis Moonstone ski hill, this gorgeous century farm house chalet sleeps up to 6 with great space to spend with Friends and Family.

Enjoy the traditional Chalet feel with the comfort of an electric fireplace and all the modern comforts such as Wifi, TV and more. It is equipped with a washer and dryer.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed 2 night tables, and a dresser with a large mirror. Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed, 2 night stands, and a cabinet. Bedroom 3 has 1 double bed, nightstand, dresser, and vanity.

This farmhouse chalet is full of natural light from the large windows with beautiful picturesque views. The space has been tastefully decorated with a collection of antique and new furniture.

The farm house kitchen features a beautiful red 1950s style fridge, and antique farmhouse stove, quartz counter tops and a large island with barstools. There is lots of space for everyone whether you are enjoying a delicious meal or playing board games. The kitchen comes fully loaded with, pots, pans, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, glassware, cutlery, and place settings. and The main living room is open to the kitchen and has a large sectional couch, electric fire place and large TV. The second living room has a lazy boy couch, chair, a work station and a TV.m

The bathroom features a large clawfoot tub, stand alone marble tile shower, stacked washer and dryer.

Our home is built with a very expensive septic system. Please use only the toilet paper provided. Do not flush anything other than bodily waste and toilet paper. No female hygiene products, garbage, wipes, q tips and so on.

Our home uses a well for its water source, the water is not potable please bring your own drinking water.

Security cameras are located on the exterior of home and areas of the property for your safety and for the security of our home and property.
No parties or events.
No illegal or illicit activities on the property.

There are multiple out buildings on this property. No one is permitted inside any of the garages or the barns. Guests are permitted to use hiking trails/cross country skiing on this property that connect to the Simcoe county hiking trails.
