This luxurious beautiful detached villa is built in 2021 and located in Gulpinar Area of Dalyan town. Located in a quiet/peaceful area and only 10 minutes walking distance to main street and bars&restaurants. The nearest super market is only 5 minutes away from the villa.
The villa comprising 4 bedrooms: 1 double en-suite bedroom is on the ground floor which is good for disable people to use; 2 double and 1 twin/single bedrooms are on the first floor which all bedrooms has en-suite bathrooms. 8 people can sleep in beds. The villa is fully air-conditioned and also cot & high chair available for a baby so with baby sleeps 9 all together. The villa has a fully fitted and very well equipped modern open-plan kitchen on the ground floor and lounge with TV. Also there is a shared WC on ground floor.
It is set in a private, walled, landscaped garden with a variety of interesting plants and fruit trees. There is a private large size swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers. Dining table is available for up to 8 people in the terrace area for eating, drinking and sitting.
Villa also has UNLIMITED FREE WI-FI Internet Access and superb outside BBQ grill area.
P.S: Please do not forget that we have airport transfer service, car rentals and arrange boat trips. Currancy exchange service is available with same as post office rates!! Please ask for it!
