A heated one just 50 ft away, and 2 others on the water! 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, gorgeous views from primary bdroom & covered deck! Tennis Courts, laundry,,11x24 boat slip (no lift), 9 Min to The Strip, 5 min to Backwater Jacks/Levels, 7 Min to Dog Days, 2 min to Starbucks. MUST be 21 or accompanied by a parent to stay in the unit. ID's will be required. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels on the floor in the bathrooms. Do not hang towels over the balconies.
Please return the temperature to 74* in summer and 68* in cold weather months.
Please do not take left-over host provided cleaning supplies, toiletries, paper goods, or coffee/tea bar supplies. Leaving these items for my guests is a perk. Help me keep cost down for future stays.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
