Other Things to Note:
• This condo unit is on the 2nd floor, one level up from the parking lot, and does not have an elevator.
• Community amenities include: heated outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball court, playground, indoor community center, and shared grills
• This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved, however, roads may ice over and become difficult in winter.
• This property does not allow smoking indoors or outdoors on the premises.
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old, and is best suited for families and groups of responsible friends.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Location Activities:
Amazing activities are available throughout the lake area all year long. The Visitor Convention Bureau and your host offer event information for the time of your stay. Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the unit and community amenities. Lake access.

Interaction Preferences:
Our smart systems allow for guest access without host interaction - however, your LakeDays.Rentals team is always nearby to support your stay and respond to requests.

Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
