The host dosent send us the code for the door..the shower have moisture and the drain was plug...i have to unplug to get the water out...hair in fridge.no clean Sheep for the sofa bed..1 inch carpet everywere...

Host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. It is a 1 bedroom basement apartment not private accommodation. With the host upstairs. Apartment was nice and parking available. Large closet for clothing. Great water pressure in shower. Our phones did not get service as it is in the basement and although wifi is provided it barely worked the whole time we were there except in the livingroom.There was some small issues but overall host fixed or we were able to go shopping and buy the missing items. Our largeat issue was the air system. The host controlled the air con so we were always extremely hot to the point of being very uncomfotable in middle of the night.

It was tidy (not clean, but close), minimally furnished and fairly welcoming. The dishes available for use were put away dirty and did not include mugs for coffee or tea. There was no top sheet on the bed, only a duvet and there was NO heat, it actually felt like the AC was on. There was only one towel provided for two guests and no bathtub in the unit. There was no access to the yard at all. Rental description makes it sound like you are the only ones on the premises but in fact, the unit is in a lower floor basement apartment. There is an active family and a treadmill that they use rather early in the upper unit. This rental would probably be ideal for a shift worker or someone who was up early but the reason for our stay was to attend a concert and the early morning awakening was not planned. All said, it wasn't awful but left a few things to be desired.

Had a great stay. Place was clean and had everything you needed. Easy check in and the place was private and quiet. Host was responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again. Highly recommend.
