We had reserved two queen beds. When arrived for check in, gave us a double and a queen and I specified we had booked two Queen. Clerk said he will check and said there was no availability left. We went out for dinner and when we came back at midnight the hotel parking was almost empty!!! So we figured the clerk at the front desk lied !

Over all an OK place to stay. I found that outside the property was dirty and un kept looking. Could definitely use a good clean up. The breakfast although free, was poor at best

We stayed for 2 nights.. when we came back that night nobody cleaned our room garbage still not taking out..no new towels replaced.. how's is that that you need to shower without a new towels to use.. that's not kind of place that you pay for.

The downside was, still is that their pool is not available until January 2026. Overall, it was the location I wanted, price was good, the room was clean.

We were quoted the price of $79,00 inc taxes/fees and we had to pay $113,33 at check out, when we contacted the hotel the next day, they would do nothing about this problem, we were told that orbitz gave us that quote and to deal with them,,, We sent an email on the 12th April 2025 to orbitz but have heard nothing, The hotel needs to review their customer service it is terrible,

Booked two nights but only stayed one. The room smelled like smoke, carpets were dirty and ripped. Lamp shade cracked. The side door to get into the hotel was just unlocked, didn't require a key code to enter or the key code was broken I'm not sure which. Would not recommend.

Hôtel situé en bordure de la route 401, quelques options de restauration et un walmart à proximité. Hôtel propre et bien entretenu. Accueil rapide, employée agréable, souriante et professionnelle. Chambre spacieuse, un peu vieillotte, propre et bien équipée (frigo, machine à café). Literie confortable, wifi fonctionnel. L’isolation sonore est plutot bonne, on entend un peu les véhicules de la route 401 mais c’est vraiment léger. Petit déjeuner inclus, bon et varié (salé/sucré). Parking gratuit inclus. Bon rapport qualité/prix.
