Everything is out of order. Crom the pool to the ice machine. The king room suite is very outdated and has an out of order jacuzzi in the corner peopped up with loose wood

Staff was friendly. The breakfast was really good, and had a wide selection. I appreciate the security with the room cards. Definitely worth the price and a top pick if I need to stay in Oshawa again.

You need to take care of your building. Outside and inside. There’s holes in the curtains, cigarette burns on the rug. We had to clean the bathtub. For the money you charge I will go somewhere else. This is Canada, our standards seem to be higher

the stay was great - but for us elderly people, we get up in the night to use the washroom - there's not too much space to get out of the bed against the wall. The fan in the washroom was noisy, so you had to close the door and then put on the light. New process for breakfast - at the desk the person gave us small ticket to give when we had breakfast to show that we were members, but I never saw anybody else give the small ticket.
