Every thing was ALMOST perfect. The place was so clean and inviting, staff was so nice, price was right. Our night was relaxing just as we had hoped. HOWEVER, the next morning we went to fill up the hot tub in our room and the water was basically ice cold. Thankfully we had a late check out and decided we’d wait an hour or two for hot water and just take a shower. Even after waiting a good long while the shower was still cold as well. Unsure if they were having water heater issues or not but the whole reason we booked the room was for the in room hot tub that we weren’t even able to use. Book at your own risk. We ended up pretty disappointed

The staff was really nice the guy who checked me and I wish I remembered his name he was super sweet and it smelled nice and clean in there the only issue I had was me and my daughter went to go swimming and you couldn't even smell like chlorine like you would in a normal pool and there was like kind of mold or mildew in the pool along the wall so we just got out and went and took a shower I think they need to test their chemicals in the pool

The key to our room had to be re-keyed three times over a one night stay. The shower wall had black mold.

There was no hot tub and the jets on the kiddie pool did not work. The pool seemed cloudy and not the cleanest. The game room did not have a change machine and the front desk had no change either. There were no paddles or balls for ping pong table abd no chalk for the pool cues. We were on the 4th floor and the hallway smelled really bad. There seemed to be people loitering around the hotel at night and not sure they were staying there. The room was spacious but all the inputs on the TV were disabled so gaming was not an option.

Staff very friendly during checkin. Our party had 2 room and requested them be next to each other. Our first room smelt like smoke to the point we didnt go beyond the door. Staff remained friendly, but tried to put us on another floor because rooms were not yet cleaned at 4pm. Another employee came over and put us in a "suite" on the same floor. We accepted this graciously and proceeded to the room. It was a very large room with full kitchen, however it didnt get better drom there. Toilet had a bad leak and ran the entire stay, shower head in bathroom was broken to the point you had to lean against the wall to get in the water. We dealt with things and proceeded to the pool with the kids. No hot tub (our mistake to not check on this) but otherwise had a good time. After a bite to eat we took all the kids to the arcade as promised. Only to find out that all "arcade" games have been replaced with slot machines. Witnessed someone elses child accidentally drop a ping pong paddle on the floor from the table. It cracked at the handle and he went to front desk to tell them. Staff came in demanding the parents room number and charged them $10 to replace what looked like a 20yr old scrap of wood at this point. Ended up spending the rest of the night with our group of 9 in our rooms playing cards because none of the advertised entertainment existed any long dor the kids. At that point we found out that heaters were not working properly either. Sweated all night on max ac. NEVER AGAIN!

The toilet didnt fill with water and the front desk just gave a plunger even though i said it wasnt clogged. Front desk was more concerned with another guest that "lives" there because it was her birthday. Breakfast issues were that the waffle maker disnt work properly due to not being cleaned. It had burnt waffle residue on it causing all waffles to stick. Kids running around all night and staff not willing to do anything because it was long term guests children.

The room has a filthy pull out couch. We can’t use it it’s so disgusting- full of stains. There are no sheets or blankets for the pull out bed either. It doesn’t look like the couch has ever been cleaned. We were not given info about breakfast or WiFi at check in either.

When we walked in, the room was FREEZING, but we fixed that right away (just never had that experience). The bathroom floor was VERY sticky, my guess is too much cleaning solution and not enough water mixture, but that's just a guess. The toilet wasn't flushing, no matter what we did (and we only peed) so we called the front desk. they came up, said they can bring us a plunger. I asked if we could change rooms because I didn't feel that I should have to use a plunger each time I needed to use the bathroom. He seemed a little annoyed but let us change rooms. The 2nd room was fine except the remote didn't work. I didn't want to deal with it so I left a note on top of the remote saying it didn't work. The last thing was, we were there for a college visit. About 10 mins after we left the hotel, my daughter realized that she forgot her nose ring on the bathroom counter. I called and asked if they had found it, he said that they were on that floor now cleaning and he was going to have them check. I asked that he leave me a message as I won't be able to answer due to the tour we were going to be in. I did get a call back, but no message. I called and he said that they didn't find it. Just seemed like they were quick to call back and didn't even really look for it; so $20 later we had to get a replacement. Again, I know this was my daughter' fault for leaving it behind but maybe have a better eye when cleaning the counters as I'm sure she's not the first to leave any type of jewelry.
