Private: property 4'327 m2, garden 4'000 m2 with lawn and flowers. 10 m long narrow motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 5.3 km, supermarket 5.3 km, restaurant 5.3 km, bus stop "Östervåla busstation" 5.3 km, railway station "Uppsala" 50 km, sandy beach "Ettingsand" 7.7 km, lake Toften 7 km.
