Beautiful and attached to a beautiful spa. The room cleaning was very slow and they did not have any caffeinated coffee in the room, but everything else was wonderful and we will definitely recommend end return in the future!

We only planned on staying at this hotel for one night, but they were kind enough to find us a last minute room for an additional night as we wanted to get ahead of the snow storm hitting Toronto. This turned out to be a good thing as this was a lovely hotel. The spa is worth the cost (around $45 pp) and we had a lovely, relaxing few days whilst we tried to figure out how to manage our road trip with all the snow. Lovely room, restaurant and the gym facilities were excellent and had lots of weights and machines. Would be very happy to stay again! Thank you to the Chateau Cartier Team :-)

Amazing place , specious room and staff try their best to help. Keona Spa is very nice to relax , however you need to pay for admission to access if you don’t buy a package , I believe you don’t have this option if you have that purchased from Expedia.

Hotels.com had made an error with our booking and the Front Desk staff insisted that I deal with Hotels.com and not them, to fix the matter. I think the Front Desk staff should’ve taken more initiative to fix the matter themselves. Eventually, they did so, but only after much back-and-forth discussion and frustration.
