Comfortable beds is just the beginning. Its quiet, clean, staff is friendly amd helpful, continental breakfast was good and the location was perfect for just a quick trip to downtown for shopping. Also, the resturant across the street gives a small discount if your staying here. Cant wait to ho back!

Checked into a room that had no air conditioning and was handed a fan from the front desk and said sorry. this is the best we can do. Room was 78 plus degrees entire stay. Door would not secure so we had to trust that the clasp would prevent entry. Pool was indoors but was absolutely freezing. Requested refund for the room and IHG points were offered and said sorry this all we can do. Would never stay at another IHG facility.

The room was ok, but the pool water was very cold was dirty with dead insects and the bottom of the pool when you walk you can feel the dirt, on the out side, around the pool was full of dead insects, spiderwebs, very, very poor management. 👎
