The room was not cleaned two of the three days that we were there. When I inquired at the front desk, they told me that it was my fault because I had the do not disturb sign hanging at 8 AM. I told them that I left all three days at 11 AM as I had to get to the same meeting. It didn’t explain why it was then cleaned one of the days. They just shrugged and said that’s how we do things. Regardless, even on the day the room was cleaned, there was visible dust on the console between the beds and coffee stains on the window shade. Breakfast service closed early and I witnessed a family actually being told no seven minutes before the service was over.

Our room was wonderful (shower floor could of had some good scrubbing). The breakfast lady “Shorty” was very friendly and gave the best hugs. Our first night Friday night the guy at front desk was very kind also. There was a lot of kids running the halls on the third floor for over and hour about 10pm very loud. But we slept good

I explicitly asked before arriving if the pool was heated and was told yes. It isn't heated. Bed was good, was mostly clean, but the shower needed a deep clean there was pink mold and gunk around the edges. Mostly just an 'okay' place.
