Room was spacious and clean. Enjoyed using pool and fitness centre. Restaurant very disappointed, unable to cater to my needs. I cancelled my breakfasts for the week as you were unable to cater for gluten-free. Very poor for such a big chain. No gluten free bread, no porridge, no effort to source some for later in the week. Planned to use restaurant for breakfasts and dinners but had to go elsewhere. Staff weren't helpful.

Our room was clean and comfortable, the lobby was inviting, parking was easy and we enjoyed a number of visits to Myra’s restaurant. Great food and exceptional service. My family enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and evening appetizers and the carrot cheesecake was to die for! What impresssed us the most was the people. All staff from the front desk, to housekeeping to the restaurant were outstanding. Very friendly, professional and polite. An extra shout out to Samir who greeted me each morning at Myra’s with such a great attitude, positive energy and big smile. He clearly enjoys what he does and it shows. This is the stand out of my stay here. I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn.
