The room was very clean, uncluttered and comfortable. The bed was well made and we got a good night's sleep. We have no problems with recommending the hotel to other visitors. We found it quiet and in a convenient location. I expect we will visit again.

Everything was great, breakfast was fully stocked and lots of options. Rooms were clean and tidy, maybe just a little small for 2 adults and 2 kids. The best part was the pool, we used it twice in a 2 night stay... water was warm and relaxing, area was nicely decorated and inviting

The shuttle for the canadian tire centre was great idea, but the drivers were extremely rude. I was also put in a wheelchair room even though i booked the hotel in November, i understand that it was fully booked but it should’ve been last people there to go in those rooms.

Property was very clean and the pool was very nice. Would have given five stars but there was a small issue at breakfast. Another couple started a fire in the toaster oven. Unfortunately the staff were I'll prepared for the event and there was poor signage to indicate where the extinguishers were on the floor. Would recommend that training and signage be installed. Otherwise, excellent stay.
