Great location, nice front desk staff, love the warm cookies - that’s a keeper bonus! Didn’t care for the dark area by elevators, needs better lighting. Bathroom door wouldn’t close without force. Pool being renovated during our stay but not notified until after we booked. Asked for extra cookies in lieu and she gave us two more which was sweet. Overall a very good stay.

Overall good place to stay. It’s close to a lot of things and steps away from the mall. The staff were friendly and the cookies upon arrival were an added touch! (They were delicious). The downside to the experience was an un pleasant smell of the pillows/pillowcases.

A fabulous hotel with very helpful staff. My husband & I were celebrating and they went out of their way to make our stay special- thank you. On check in you are offered freshly baked cookies & they have a happy hour in the bar area everyday from 2-5pm - their cocktails/sangria were excellent. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from many bars & restaurants and feels a very safe area. Our room was spacious with a massive bed, great mattress and nice linen and the walk in shower was modern, everything was super clean, the gentleman cleaning and making up the rooms did a fantastic job. We would definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

booked a double-bed room. the room was too small for two beds. carpet is too old and dirty. the signage in the parking garage is very poor and i got lost twice and saw others had similar problem. the area behind the property (Dalhousie street) is very sketchy and makes you feel unsafe.
