The room as spotless and the staff very friendly! I found the parking a little difficult due to lack of spots in the evening and a couple of cars parked on the yellow line and that made it very difficult to park my car.

The hotel is nice and central to most places in downtown Ottawa. But parking is extremely inconvenient especially if you are disabled. There is an underground lot connected to the hotel but it has height restrictions and only the third level is connected to the hotel. There is also parking at the Rideau Centre, but to access the lot you need to walk to the far side of the mall. In the winter and being disabled it is extremely difficult. The hotel, room and staff were great, parking is the only issue.
