When I book I was sure I booked queen beds but I got doubles. Free breakfast was not enough food for everyone. Room service was none existent. For the money I paid for the room it was way too expensive. Never again at a quality inn.

After driving for 8 hours with 2 young children we stopped to get some rest. We barely slept. It was very noisy. People above us, and next to us were extremely loud. It was midnight I had to contact the front desk to make a complaint. Nothing was done. We barely slept, my kids were extremely tired. This was by far our worst place to stay.
