We were not allowed to check in because of my service animal. And i was still charged almost 158 dollars to my chime account.(bank) i waited the 10 days. (Because i spoke to someone to there about this previously) (12/23/25) and then the Expedia Agent told us they were trying to contact the property to get more information.And to have a call back. They waited so many days and nobody would ever get in contact with them to let them know what was going on.

Extremely clean room, as well as the public restroom. Very friendly staff. Only complaint is that the hallway carpet STILL needs to be replaced! It doesn’t reflect the rest of the hotel quality, and really lowers expectations until you open the room door.

I could not say if the air conditioner was cold because we stayed when the weather was really cold but the heater worked very well and when I stayed there this past summer the air conditioning worked very well room was clean got fresh towels the days we stayed there staff was very friendly they did give a free breakfast which was fine for a fast breakfast like waffles cereal beagles pastrys yogurt coffee orange juice apple juice all in all I would recommend staying here the price for the rooms are very reasonable to their are also lots of stores to shop in within walking distant and restaurants to.
