The fully stocked kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, and the cozy living room includes a pull-out sofa, offering extra sleeping space when needed. Step outside to the patio, where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air while taking in the peaceful surroundings.

The bedroom is a restful retreat, featuring a comfortable queen bed, and the full bathroom is conveniently located just off the living area. For your convenience, a stackable washer/dryer is included in the unit.

During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.

We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties. This policy applies to all animals. Non-compliance with either policy will result in a $300 fine.
