This charming yurt is extra private as it is tucked behind some historic oak trees and safely fenced all round, making it ideal if bringing toddlers and pets. It’s the perfect base for couples looking to slow down, reconnect with nature and explore East Devon’s unspoilt landscapes. Just 2 miles away, Ottery St Mary offers riverside walks, independent shops and welcoming pubs, while the Jurassic Coast at Sidmouth (7 miles) invites days of seaside adventure with its golden sands and dramatic cliffs. Discover the boutique shops of Budleigh Salterton (10 miles), take a boat trip from Exmouth (11 miles), or head inland to hike the wide-open moorlands of Dartmoor National Park (18 miles).


Step inside and feel instantly at ease in the beautifully styled circular living space, designed with comfort and character in mind, whilst soft rugs, cushions, books and board games add a homely touch. The warm glow of the wood-burning stove makes evenings wonderfully snug, and the yurt is lit by a mix of solar and rechargeable lighting for a gentle, eco-friendly atmosphere. Fresh flowers from the farm’s resident florist add a touch of colour and charm. Just outside the yurt, your private covered camp kitchen is equipped with everything you need for easy glamping style, outdoor dining, including a gas hob, cool box, utensils and crockery, plus your own fridge located in the nearby facilities barn. A short stroll away, you’ll find your private shower room and compost loo, cleverly designed and kept beautifully fresh.


As the sun sets, light the campfire for toasted marshmallows or sink into your wood-fired hot tub under a canopy of stars. With a private fenced picnic area, BBQ, and sweeping views over the fields, this delightful glamping escape offers the perfect blend of comfort, charm and countryside adventure. Adjacent to the glamping field is a centuries-old three-acre oak and bluebell woodland, which is private to the farm and perfect for exploring and dog walking. There is private parking for 2 cars.

- Each tent has its own fridge in the facilities barn, along with a shared freezer filled with freezer blocks, for use in the cool boxes

- Shared washing machine and tumble dryer in the facilities barn are free to use

- Travel cot and highchair available on request

- Wood-burning stove with starter pack of logs, kindling, eco firelighters and matches

- Cosy rugs, books and board games

- A mix of solar-powered and rechargeable lighting

- Enclosed outdoor area with private hot tub, campfire area, and charcoal BBQ

- Private parking for 2 cars

- Pub and shop 1.5 miles, beach 7 miles

- For larger families or groups, this can be booked alongside 4 other safari tents to sleep a total of 20 guests
