The Bellavista Apartment is located in the residential area of Via Cotolivier in Oulx: 700 meters (8/10 minutes walking) from the town center where you will find all shops, businesses, and services; 1 kilometer from the railway station.
On the first floor without an elevator, the accommodation consists of a bright living room with dining area, kitchen corner equipped with microwave and washing machine, sofa bed. Available to guests is the Smart TV (with the possibility of connecting to streaming platforms using guests' personal accounts).
From the living room, you can access the first balcony with a view of the village and morning exposure.
The hallway leads to the master bedroom with a second balcony facing the afternoon sun.
The bathroom is windowed and has a convenient shower.
In the condominium, there is a private covered parking space and a storage room for bicycles/skis.
The apartment is managed on behalf of the private owner by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl. The rate includes the rental fee paid to the owner of the accommodation and the cost of ancillary services to the rental provided by Maison d'Oc Gestioni Srl.
