The kitchen has a full size frig, electric stove, oven and microwave with a table that seats 4. Heat is provided by an LP furnace and cooling by a window AC unit.

High speed WiFi is provided by a Starlink satellite dish and entertainment is provided by a 50 inch Roku TV and a desktop computer.

Several restaurants, bars, antique shops and hiking trails are located a short drive away. Black Canyon Lake is located less than 40 minutes drive away for fishing and kayaking.
