this place is tired and wore out. garbage out by hottubs, jets not working on one. hallways heavily sprayed with disinfectant as was room, smelled stayed with you. unfortunately had dog next door with continous yapping. stayed 1 of 2 nights, just not worth it, would not recommend.

The property is starting to show its wear and tear with age, but the outdoor hot tubs make it all worth it. Most staff are fabulous. The walls are thin, so if you’re a light sleeper, good luck with your neighbours. The location is what makes this property amazing! It’s close enough to the village that myself and my 6 year old daughter could walk without issues, but shuttles are also another advantage. I would recommend.

Excellent stay! Highly recommend!

Amazing time here!! I would highly recommend to anyone. The staff were friendly and kind. The hotel had so many wonderful amenities, like the outdoor hot tubs and delicious restaurant/ bar. Really close to the village and an afforable nightly rate! I'll be back for sure next time. I also appreciated their hospitality. There was a massive snow storm hitting and weather networks said to avoid any non-essential travel. Given this, my partner and I decided that we would leave a day early for our safety. We spoke to the front desk staff and they were SO kind! They gave us a refund for the night. Which we greatly appreciated. In a world where I feel that we have to fight for fairness in most situations with companies, it was refreshing to speak to staff and deal with a company who were reasonable and kind. As I said, I highly recommend and we'll be back in the future!

Check-in process took too long and was overly complicated by staff who may not have been trained or was new to position. Conversely, check-out was a breeze and almost instant. The room/bathroom were clean. Stain spots were visible in some places on the bedding. We asked room service for a utensil during the evening hours and they responded quickly. The hotel is conveniently located 7 min. walking distance to the Village. No issues finding parking, which is first come, first serve. Hotel allows you to park prior to obtaining your room. Breakfast on site has a good menu, but it's pricey. Hotel provides voucher, which helps.
