The Blue Mountain Inn is a great place to stay. The rooms and hotel overall could definitely use some upgrades and/or a bit of a refresh, but the staff make the stay all that much better. We are at both restaurants and had absolutely amazing food and outstanding service. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. There was also a shuttle service that you can take into the village and the village has something for everyone! It’s also a great place for families with children 10 and under as there are numerous play areas and fun water activities.

If you call it a resort, and take a good price make sure to keep the facilities upto date. No kit in washroom, no mirror in the room,The Hair dryer seemed to be from 50s, washroom doors didnt lock not a big deal but shows management.

We had a great stay at the Blue Mountain Inn. The only complaint was the food in the restaurant was not a good bang for its buck

⸻ We absolutely loved everything about our stay at the hotel—the location, the restaurant, the rooms, and especially the incredible staff. Everything exceeded our expectations. The only downside was that we didn’t receive housekeeping service in our room, and we noticed there was no shampoo provided. However, we appreciated that there was a cart outside with supplies we could help ourselves to. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely return!

Room was clean, I always check the mattress right away and it was spotless. The concierge, an older gentleman, was very affable and helpful. A short walk from the village which was convenient. The restaurants have good food, although pricey but that's to be expected in a resort area. The fitted sheet did pop off the corners of the bed every night but that's an easy fix. The accessible shower didn’t have a door so water splashed a ways into the rest of the bathroom. The bathroom is huge, I'm assuming would be easy for someone with a wheelchair to get around in. The bathroom door is also a sliding style door which was a bit annoying because it squeaked when opening and shutting, and didn’t close tightly enough to feel private. Overall a good stay though, no major issues.
