Fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, workspace, coffee/tea, toiletries, and free parking. Close to shops, pubs, cafés, museums, parks, and scenic walking trails. Bright living area and large balcony. Comfortable, stylish, convenient, peaceful—ideal for families, friends, or business trips and sightseeing.

Built in 2022, this modern apartment combines style and comfort with excellent insulation and underfloor heating. High-speed internet is provided by Virgin Media.
Layout & Living Space
The wide entrance hall leads to two double bedrooms on the left and a modern bathroom on the right, opening into a bright open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and a built-in washing machine, while the living space offers a three-seater sofa, coffee table, and a Samsung 50” 4K Ultra HD Smart TV. From here, guests can step out onto a private balcony.

• Bedroom One: Double bed with side tables, chest of drawers, built-in storage, a workstation, and a closet with hanging rail, large windows that lit room well and window blinds for privacy.
• Bedroom Two: Double bed with side table and built-in storage, perfect for families or friends.

Modern bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, basin, and toilet.
