The location is fabulous, the rooms in the ground floor have all windows covered, at the end you have a view of 30/60 cm. The carpets are not really clean.

Great check in. Our room wasn't ready and we were offered a different type of room, we accepted and were immediately given complimentary breakfast to compensate. Staff could not have been more helpful. Well done.

Perfect stay here. All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast too. The location is perfect, close to the train station and to all the main attractions- can walk to all of them. Very generous check out timings too. Thanks!

Good location and nice exterior. There were issues with the wifi and television which we were made aware of during our stay. However, when the signal was back up we still had troubles and I called reception for assistance. They said they would send someone up to fix it, but after a while they called back and tranferred the phone to a maintenance lad, who though was very helpful, took me through a long step process of how to resume the tv connection myself. The condition of the room on level 3 was quite poor, with damaged and stained carpet. The staff were helpful by bringing my mother and I an extra duvet when we were cold.

Lovely hotel in a great location - far enough away from the hustle and bustle for it to be calm and quiet, but close enough to walk to the shops an bars in a few minutes. There were a few minor things which meant a 4 instead of 5 star review
