Oxford Vacation Rentals proudly presents, The Ravine Cabin, a serene and beautifully curated private suite designed for comfort, relaxation, and a truly elevated stay. Named after a place meaningful to the homeowners, this suite reflects the heart behind The Ravine and the intention poured into every detail. Tucked within one of the most unique properties in Oxford, The Harrisburg offers a peaceful escape with refined, boutique-style accommodations.

The Cabin:
A standalone cabin with modern studio style apartment inside. calming tones and thoughtful design create a space that feels both luxurious and inviting. Along with the private bedroom there is a living space with a sleeper sofa, stylish chairs, and smart TV for lounging. Also, a wet/breakfast bar with mini fridge and microwave.

Each suite includes a private bathroom and secure entry. While your space is fully private, you may encounter other guests in shared areas depending on availability and event scheduling.

• Complimentary WiFi (not responsible for service disruptions).
• Pet Free Property – Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
• The Ravine Oxford is professionally cleaned and sanitized in between each guest – book with confidence!
• The Ravine Oxford has multiple exterior security cameras to ensure safety for all guests. In order to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for our guests, there are interior cameras located on the first floor common spaces and event spaces. These cameras do not face or view the second floor private lodging suites. These cameras record video when activated by motion and will be on during your stay and guests must not cover up a camera.

• No kitchen access, mini refrigerator in unit (communal refrigerator in event space when available)
• No washer/dryer

• Self check-in (no on-site host or innkeeper)

**CANCELLATION POLICY**
Oxford Vacation Rentals does not allow cancellations for football games (regular & post season play), concerts, or Ole Miss graduation events. For all other dates, we have a 60-day cancellation policy.

Rules:
• Minimum Age: We require a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature.
• Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
• We offer optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, and much more.
• Balance of payment is due 60-days prior to the arrival date.
• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the property for your stay. Should we finish early, we will automatically notify you through your Happy Guest check-in link provided at the time of booking.
• No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in this space.

Departure Instructions:
We don’t believe in long chore lists for our guests! We only ask that our guests remove all trash and opened food from the refrigerator and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the home during our short rental turn in time for our next guests.
