Situated directly on the Shorepine Village beach access path, guests can enjoy an easy, scenic walk to the sand while savoring a peaceful setting away from the busier areas near Cape Kiwanda. It's the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility—an ideal home base for your next Oregon Coast getaway.

Start your day with a cup of coffee in the enclosed, cedar-lined sunroom, cozy up by the warm three-sided gas fireplace, or unwind outdoors in the fully fenced backyard, complete with a gas grill and dining area for relaxed meals al fresco. Inside, the open-concept main floor features a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a spacious dining table perfect for gathering everyone together.

For added convenience and fun, the home also includes bikes, cornhole, a washer and dryer, and high-speed internet—everything you need for a comfortable, memorable coastal stay. Dune Grass Haven is a welcoming retreat where beach days, family time, and Oregon Coast relaxation come together effortlessly.

Layout
The main level entry features the living room, kitchen, dining area, sunroom, half bath, and garage.
Upstairs features the Master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, a guest room with a queen-size bed and twin bunk beds, a third bedroom with a queen bed and trundle twin beds, and a loft area with a twin trundle daybed and a hand-washing sink. The full bathroom, featuring a soaking tub, serves the two bedrooms and the loft.

Neighborhood
Shorepine Village is a quiet and scenic community nestled among grassy dunes, pine trees, and walking paths. Guests enjoy direct access to the beach through a private boardwalk, as well as two miles of paved paths perfect for biking or strolling. The neighborhood is centrally located between Kiwanda Shores and Cape Kiwanda, close to restaurants, shopping, and tide pools. The community is carefully maintained and designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding coastal landscape. Shorepine Village does not permit open-flame firepits or propane fire tables. Barbecues are permitted.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
