PICTURE PERFECT BEACH HOUSE! Located in the classic beachfront community of Kiwanda Shores, in Pacific City, Oregon, where everything is just a flip-flop away!
Welcome to a darling, peaceful easy beach house designed for a fun family getaway. The Kiwanda Cabana is in a quiet, gated neighborhood just a short walk to the beach. There is a nice trail netowork for easy walks and bike rides, and deer a common site. The home is open, inviting and has a lovely south facing deck that is just a perfect respite from those breezy summer days.

2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests:
- 1 Queen bed
- 1 Twin over Full Bunk bed.
Great Room / Kitchen. 2 TV's, incl 1 TV with DVD. Basic Spectrum wireless internet and ROKU. Games, books and movies.

Neighborhood:
Kiwanda Shores is a private gated community of quality homes on the ocean front in Pacific City. Security, pride in ownership and peaceful enjoyment of the coastal experience is shared by Kiwanda Shores homeowners and renters alike. A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the Ocean Front homes. Beach access is available to the Second Row and Back homes.

Notes:
This home is pet friendly for one dog only. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night. Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.

1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Kiwanda Cabana exactly as listed

Kiwanda community and cabana was exactly what we needed, peaceful, restful stay. Enjoying morning coffee while the deer fed off our patio. Strolls to the beach to enjoy sunset, and many, many beach walks just blocks away. Lovely we will definitely return again soon.

Awesome location to lots of local and remote beaches! Seal Rock and Sand Lake are a recommended must see. Plus the local beach just 5 minutes from the front door.

Great little home close to the beach!

We had a great vacation! Not a long walk to the beach, and nice walking paths. The neighborhood was quiet and clean, we stayed in late March so it may be the slow season but it was very nice!

Cozy beach cabin and great location

Great place for a weekend getaway. Just a short walk to the beach and into town. Saw a family of deer right outside the living room in the morning. Check in was easy and the owners were very communicative. Overall was a great place to stay.

Perfect location for our short stay!

Just two humans and a black lab on this trip! The beach was less than a five minute walk and perfect for a black lab and her favorite frisbee. Loved that the house was tucked back and plenty of room for parking. We enjoyed the last of the warm days of October with lots of beach time and fishing.

Great location, perfect little house

This spot is amazing for taking in all of Pacific City. A short 10 minute walk to the beach where you can get ice cream, breakfast burritos, coffee, and beer from the Pelican brewery. Hike to the top of the big sand dune for an amazing view. Book a fishing trip with Pacific City fishing, we got our limit of rock cod and salmon! All in all it was a perfect vacation.

Nice, easy walk to beach

The house was clean and convenient, a little dog hair here and there, but mostly quite clean. It was a nice, easy walk to the beach on neighborhood pathways leading to the top of a beautiful dune with a somewhat steep descent down to Pacific City Beach.
