House Rules

Please see our strict house rules in place to keep the highest of quality stay for all of our guests.



•Please be respectful of the neighbors. Do not disturb or use neighbor`s driveway. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.

•No loud noise or music past 9 PM

•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, and central heater.

•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.

•No Shoes inside the property.

•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1500 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.

•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund.

•Checkin time is 4 PM - 2 AM

•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)

•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.

•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture

•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.

•No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)

•No Pets a $1000 cleaning fee will be applied if any evidence is present.

•Checkout time is 10 AM.

After the reservation is confirmed, we will ask you to agree to our house rules and for a government issued ID. Both are required for access to the home.



Please note: This is a guesthouse located above a separately occupied unit, so we kindly ask that you be mindful of noise—especially during early mornings and late evenings.



To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please avoid heavy footsteps, loud music, or running indoors. We appreciate your consideration and cooperation in helping maintain a peaceful environment for all guests on the property.



We provide a contactless self check in through the front door with access to the entire house. Do not park in the driveway, and use street parking only. Pictures will be provided to help guide you. Please refrain from parking in the across the street neighbor`s parking space marked by a cone!



Property Disclosures:

We have 2, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance and side staircase walkway which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device in the living room which actively monitors noise decibel levels only. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras within the home.





- Please be mindful and respectful to our neighbors as this is an older residential area. Please note STRICT house rules. This will allow us to upkeep the highest quality stay for our guests.

- One bath towel and one hand towel per guest (more available upon request)

- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED

- NO LOUD MUSIC after 9pm

- NO SHOES, SMOKING, OR PETS inside the home
