Great location, and nice updates (new furniture, TV). This is a 2-star hotel, the extra pay is for hearing the ocean in your room... as long as your neighbors are quiet enough (mine were not). Also, it is on a beach, but by California standards that beach is awful. If you can, take your car and drive up or down PCH for 10-20 minutes to a much nicer spot.

The rooms were renovated, with wood-like floors. It was quiet, except for the sound of the ocean waves. Enjoyed a morning coffee. Bring binoculars for whale watching.

Great beach view. Expect a very minimal room and do not expect you will get the room you reserved. Do not expect any service or follow up promised. Bad motel. Dirty.

The cleaner smell is very strong and if you open window the cigarette and marijuana smell is over powering. The Wi-Fi is very flakey. The tv is suppose to be smart TV but didn’t work. I’m disappointed. I stayed here many times and it seems like it has gone way down hill. Lots of questionable people walking around. I’m glad it is just one night. I don’t think I will come back. It is a motel but for price they could do much better.

We really liked it. Only has 1 restaurant to eat at. Unless you want to pay $50 a plate. View is beautiful. Easy to find. Very clean. Nice staff.

It was a very frustrating experience going to the Seabreeze motel in Pacifica. I was booked into a wing that allowed pets and had some noisy dogs near me. When I went to the lobby, the woman at the check-in counter said that she would have a clean room on the non-pet wing and get back to me in 45 minutes. She never did get back to me and when I went back to the lobby, it was a different woman staffing the desk. When I told her my dilemma, she said there was nothing she could do because the cleaning crew had left already and if I didn’t like the room, I could leave. I asked if I would get a refund if I left and she said no. She had no alternatives.

We had a great stay at The Sea Breeze Motel. We enjoyed leaving the window cracked and listening to the crashing waves against the rocks. Room was a little small but we weren’t in it that much so it was ok. Nice newly remodeled bathroom. We were within walking distance to a couple of different restaurants. Our only complaint was the bathroom door would not close. Could have been swollen from the moisture from the ocean. The lady at the front office was very pleasant (wish I would have gotten her name). I would definitely recommend this little gem of a motel.
