When I checked in, I stood there for several minutes before being greeted looking around and noticed the trash can at the front door was over flowing well 4 feet above the trash can, then when I was finally greeted the young lady started talking to me and all I smelled from her was weed. It was like a hangout place for friends there for the employee. When I walked into the room I was quite disappointed cause it looked liked kids made the beds. VERY SLOPPY. There was also stains in the shower curtain, lamp shade, walls, and also vent in bathroom was covered in dust and you could tell it’s been neglected and not cleaned. Then that night until 2am someone in the room above us was jumping around making noise and no one wanted to do anything about it to help resolve that problem. The day of check out, which check out is 11am…. I still had my DND sign on the door… housekeeping decided to ignore the DND sign and just enter my room at 10:02am as I wasn’t even dressed yet. There was 4+ males standing there looking at me as I told them check out is at 11am not now as I rushed to shut the door back. Definitely the worst stay I’ve ever experienced! (I have more photos but it will only allow me to upload 8)

First room needed to be vacuumed. Dead bolt on door would not work. Air conditioning would not work. Moved to a different room and air conditioning would not work. Ants crawling on the night stand and in the bed. After awhile they did get air conditioning to work. Will not recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and had a very good experience. The last two times have been not as good. The last time I was there, there was mud all over the road leading to the hotel, and my vehicle got filthy. This time, the room was not up to par. The toilet was loose and not properly bolted down, and the shower drain came loose in the shower.

New but disappointing.

The hotel was quite new. It was clean and beds were comfortable. The management and maintenance were poor. It was collection of smaller things that disappointed me. It was difficult to find, since there was no outdoor signage. The was grass outside the complex, but it was two foot tall and full of weeds.There were no towels in the lobby bathroom. The breakfast was spartan and no syrup for the waffles. Just very poor maintenance.

I have stayed here before and had a better experience. I won’t stay again. The trash in the lobby was overfull. The elevator floors and breakfast tables were sticky, and the walls are so thin I could hear everything the neighbor was saying until about 1 AM. Yes, he was loud but it was like it was right there. The room seemed clean though and the staff were overworked but kind.

Rooms were very nice and spacious with comfortable beds, nice linens and nice furniture. Something must have been wrong with the hot water, however, because it took 5 minutes before it came....we notified the front desk. Breakfast was ok with sausage, scrambled eggs, etc, but waffle maker was broken and coffee was terrible...really need to do better with the coffee! Overall for the money it was a good value and would stay there again.

The people were nice, but the room we were assigned had not been clean, but she quickly moved us to another room There was very little for the breakfast as a supply truck had not come in, so there was no milk for the cereal , no yogurt, No waffle batter, etc. etc. and no explanation offered unless you asked

It started with check in they were out of room key holders the staff had to write our room number on a scrap of paper. The room had not been cleaned there were spills from the last people on the bedside tables and the desk chair had pizza sauce spilled on it. The bathroom was out of body wash and shampoo. They were out of everything for breakfast no milk yogurt fruit salt pepper jelly butter cereal. Your choices were English muffins bread and mini muffins they did have some eggs and sausage and biscuits and gravy ick but they were out of waffle mix the coffee was instant They did have a little orange juice. The dining area did not have clean tables because the management if there was any was too cheap to hire a front desk person and a breakfast room attendant. I think the staff was embarrassed at the state of things I blame the management for not keeping things stocked up. We were charged a 4.00 fee over and above what we paid to stay I knew that would happen but felt sorry for the staff who were overworked I asked what the service fee was for hoping it was for employee benefits but she did not know she said the corporate office just started charging it I work in the hospitality industry and know that anything that mismanaged is not the staffs fault shame on you people in the corporate office!

Not much food available for breakfast. Chair in breakfast area stained and dirty. Pullout couch mattress in our room was stained, shades broken so we couldn’t fully shut them and dead bolt on room door was broken.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed. First when we entered our room it was dirty outside the door and every light in the room was on and the window was wide open, no screen or anything. There had just been a bad storm and no water in room which means someone was in it. The bed pillows were tossed around. My husband felt very unsafe and couldn’t sleep. The floors had not been vacuumed and the bathroom and entry floor were not clean. I took a towel with water and it was black when I wiped the floor. We didn’t bother with breakfast.
