Morning coffee sitting on the porch with stunning views were the beginning of more beautiful daily explorations. The location of this home was superb and we easily traveled to see all that Page has to offer. Our favorite was star gazing on top of Horseshoe Bend.
Plenty of seating, come see the view!

We have stayed at Catherine's house a few times over the last several years so that probably already answers how we feel about the place and this time was no different!The house is great, the view is great, Catherine is great, and the location is great if you want quiet. Town, and therefore groceries and restaurants, is about 15 minutes away, but there is a gas station with small store right next to the neighborhood.

Perfect location for boating on Lake Powell

This home was 5 mins from Wahweap marina and perfect for our family boating trip. The host was great to remediate a check in issue we had. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make our big meals. It was nice to have the garage to park in as well.

Spacious and comfortable

Plenty of room for my family to play games watch several tvs and chill out after day on the lake! Owner was extremely available and responsive to any issues. Very close to gas station for fueling the boat and truck and C store. Only about 10 min to Wahweap and stateline ramps. Beautiful view of lake and you can hear coyotes yip and howl if you sit on the porch late!

60th birthday get away

Our group of 10 traveled from MN for a 60th birthday getaway starting in Page and ending in Lake Havasu. This home was ideal for the first leg of our trip - plenty of space for all of us, great location convenient to what we had planned and in very nice condition. Host was excellent about communicating with us before and during our stay.

Lake Powell Trip

We had an amazing stay. Had everything we needed and was close to boat ramps and Page Arizona. Communication was excellent and will stay here again in the future. The home is very roomy. Held our group of 9 adults with room to spare.

Awesome Home With Plenty of Room

What a deal, location, home. This is the place to be. Out of the town surroundings and in a beautiful scenic view home with plenty of space to move around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and looking forward to when we can come back. Excellent value for your money!!!

Great Location

A great location just five minutes from Lake Powell and 15 minutes from downtown Page. Catherine was wonderful, very responsive and helpful. The house itself was nice and was exactly what we needed for a weekend trip with family.

Powell Graduation Trip

We had family and friends out to celebrate my daughter’s high school graduation, and we had a wonderful time. The house was a perfect size for a large gathering, and it was well equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful views, and a nice restful place to return to at the end of a fun day on the water.

Quiet Neighborhood, Great View

Great, ever changing view of colorful cliffs as sun moves across the sky (unfortunately, currently no lake/water view due to the drought). Living area is big, bright and airy, with well kitted-out kitchen, - a very pleasant place to spent the day if you choose not to go out, or to just relax in the evening. Also, the downstairs sitting area, which also has a TV, looks like a good place for the kids to get away from the adults. The major attractions of the area are a short drive (antelope canyon, horseshoe bend, Glen Canyon dam, Lake Powel tours and toy rentals, and local hikes), Bedroom furnishings don't match the standard of the living area but since this seems to be reflected in the relatively low per night price of such a large well located home, we didn't ding it any stars. We thoroughly enjoyed our Spring Break stay and considered the home good value..

Comfortable Home Great Location And Views

The house is great, beds are comfortable, views out of the front windows are amazing, good communication from property manager. We were happy with our choice for a vacation home. There were a lot of little disrepair items that could bother a more discerning renter but it didn't negatively impact our stay in any way. We would stay there again.

The basement needed repairs!

First off I realize that this property needed updating before I had booked it. I read past reviews and figured as much and for the price I knew it wasn’t going to be perfect but
 I was expecting everything to at least be functional and working. There were lights that didn’t work, outlets that didn’t work, both TV’s downstairs didn’t work, doors wouldn’t close all the way or even lock. The downstairs bathroom looked like it was in the middle of construction and then just covered up with a curtain. The mattresses need serious updating, we didn’t get a goodnight sleep because of that. The upstairs was pretty decent but the basement was another story. I did love the location, the views, and how many it could accommodate hence why we booked it.

Beautiful views!

The home was spacious and had a lovely open plan where everyone could spend time together. The views were incredible. Everything we needed in the kitchen with lots of room to cook. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Convenient location to town and activities!
