The property is located in Lake Powell which offers beautiful scenery and views. Lots of activities are offered that you can access right on the property. On-site restaurant is beautiful and has great food.

A gem in the desert! This property was beautiful! Open balcony, beautiful views, walking path to the lake, great dining options, family friendly pool. I'll be back! Much better than sleeping on the sand.

Stayed for 3 nights and never had our room cleaned. Ran out of toilet paper and had to walk to the front desk for more. The pictures are deceiving. That pool they love to show off on the main page is about the size of a pool in someone’s backyard and the bonus is people eating dinner and lunch get to watch you swim through the windows. The boat rental marina isn’t the one behind it it’s miles away down the road and not walkable. Food is over priced and pizza place hours are ridiculously. If you want to leave the grounds to find dining, you pay 35 a day to come back as a park fee. Still trying to figure out why I paid a resort fee of 46.00 when my room was never touched. There are other places with the same view closer to town. Don’t waste your time, it’s not worth it .

The furniture was worn and outdated. The tub was clogged during our first stay, and when we were put in the same room three days later, it was still clogged. The bed was comfortable, though, and I liked the 4 pillows—lots of stains on the carpet and lots of bugs, including a bee in the bathroom. The staff was friendly.
