Tämä lämmin ja vieraanvarainen asuinpaikka tarjoaa loputtoman luonnollisen valon, iloisen länsimaisen sisustuksen ja hauskoja väriherkkuja. Tämä lämmin ja vieraanvarainen asuinpaikka saa sinut tuntemaan olosi kotoisaksi!

Aloita päiväsi juuri valmistetulla kupillisella kahvia olohuoneen sohvalla ja tarkista uutiset taulu-HD-televisiosta. Pääkerroksessa on tarjolla valikoima huippuluokan maalaismaisia huonekaluja lehmännahan ruokasali tuolista useisiin seinää vuoraviin cowboy-aiheisiin taideteoksiin.

Ennen kuin lähdet ulos ovesta, valmista runsas aamiainen täysin varustetussa keittiössä, jossa on kaikki välttämättömät laitteet, graniittiset ja täydellinen veitsetti. 2 hengen aamiaisbaari on ihanteellinen nopeaa välipalaa varten, kun taas 6 hengen ruokapöytä on idyllinen muodollisiin aterioihin!

Property was as expected. Property management staff was responsive. Location was great for us. If you have an issue with stairs then reconsider this property. There are a full flight of stairs from garage to main. Full flight from main to bedrooms and another full flight to loft bedroom. Gets hot up top in the summer.

Perfect Spot For Christmas with the Family

Surprised my family and took them snowboarding for Christmas. This condo was perfect location to everything Pagosa. Check in process was amazing, thanks to the awesome owners, The Brownes. Jim was super helpful and the set up was perfect for our kids. Highly recommend.

Great stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was well equipped, nicely furnished, and very clean. And only a short drive to downtown Pagosa. Our only complaint was the HVAC. The level with the bedrooms was quite hot and did not get cooled well by the house's HVAC. And it was warm enough outside that opening the windows did not help. Also, the property manager was non-responsive via email when we requested to check in earlier than 4p.

Ideal location and beautiful scenery

Our family of 3 and our sweet pups enjoyed our stay at this cute townhome. The location is ideal as you can walk to a shopping center nearby and grab a coffee or pizza. The townhouse is very spacious with plenty of room and they have literally everything you need to prepare your favorite meal. We highly recommend!!

I want to give a bad review, but CAN'T/ WON'T!

Some things in life we discover and exclaim, "This is the BEST KEPT SECRET EVERRRRRR!!!". I hate to blow its cover! This is one of those places. BEST. KEPT. SECRET. EVER. Although we drove across the country only for a wedding, our stay here was so nice that it's tempting to use this place as an excuse to come back for a week of relaxation, even though we have no events in the area. This condo was pristine, super well laid-out, was more than we could ever have needed or thought to need, and the best part was its location. I loved taking the dogs for walks to the recreational center next door, which is straight out the front door in the big open field that was perfectly manicured. I loved seeing the hot air balloons take off every single morning during the weekdays, I loved walking next door to Higher Grounds to get coffee and breakfast, and this condo is literally just a few minutes away from the main drag of downtown Pagosa Springs. A wonderful stay, indeed! 5 stars!! NOTE: Just a small word of caution if traveling with dogs (but nothing to get super worked up about) is that the very nice neighbor next door does often leave her dog out (leashless) in the common front yard area. The dog (a beautiful German Shepherd named "Cloudy") is very nice; but if your dog is a jerk (as is one of mine), your dog might not enjoy being approached when her pooch comes over to say hello. To her credit, the neighbor does bring her dog inside when she notices you walking your dog/s.

Excellent Experience

The property and location are excellent; well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and throughout. The only reservation for people with mobility challenges is the number of stairs you have to climb from the garage to the first floor and to the second floor. The location is excellent away from the busy downtown, quiet and within walking distance of a great cafe. We loved it!

What a beautiful start to our vacation. Our condo was exceptional, from the cozy fireplace to the stunning decor. We were close to everything (nightlife, restaurants, shopping) The owners supplied us with a locals guide to everything and their recommendations did not disappoint. We will visit again soon and will make this condo and Pagosa Springs a tradition.

Adorable condo that was clean and very comfortable. Convenient location (you could walk to the grocery store/liquor store if you wanted) with friendly neighbors. I loved that I could bring our dog with us to stay here. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because the twin beds upstairs are so cheap that the frames are loose and they squeak whenever you move in the bed. My kids (they're small for their ages so it wasn't a weight thing) weren't able to sleep on them because of this so we had to buy a blow up mattress for them to sleep on while we were there.

Great property for families!

Fantastic place! We unfortunately had to extend our stay due to unforeseen circumstances, yet we couldn't have asked for a better place to be stuck for an extra few days! The multilevels of the condo allow for great privacy throughout.

Wonderful location, gorgeous property, sketchy dealings

We had a great stay at this condo over New Years. The place was beautiful and clean, the area was quiet and conveniently located, and check-in was a breeze. They were very accommodating with our pets during booking and the condo was spacious enough for the group of us. There was one significant down side to our stay that unfortunately will cause me to likely avoid using a Vacasa property in the future. Unfortunately, one of the dogs had a urinary accident up in the loft area. We cleaned the area thoroughly. The owners/cleaners (unknown number) texted me soon after our departure and informed me they would need to charge me for a professional cleaning of the carpet. I asked how much they would charge, and they responded "60-80 dollars." I had no problem with this - this seemed like a fair response to our pet's accident (despite our best efforts to clean, I understand the company's need to maintain cleanliness and pristine appearance of the property). However, when I checked my credit card statement much later, I noticed I had been charged just shy of $250 dollars for the cleaning. They did not call, did not inform me, did not ask my permission before charging this amount to my credit card on file. In the end, I understand if this is the amount they are truly going to require. It did not sit well with me, though, that they quoted me 60-80 dollars, and proceeded to charge me 4x times that amount without calling, texting, emailing, or providing any sort of quote or receipt from the cleaning company. This seems like a very poor business practice, particularly since I was very willing to work with the company to correct my pet's mistake. Though the property was very nice, it did not excuse how I was treated by the company after our stay.

Absolutely Beautiful!

This property was much more than we expected! Every nook and cranny is wonderfully appointed. The placement of furniture is incredibly thoughtful and the kitchen is well stocked. There’s enough space for everyone to feel a sense of independence. My family, dogs and I really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! The location was perfect, just far enough from downtown Pagosa, but close enough to restaurants, walking and hiking that made our stay very relaxing and special.

Was nice, but dirty

The property was beautiful, but there were tidbits in the house that were not cleaned, and after charging and absorbent account for a "cleaning fee" you would imagine it would be cleaned properly. The oven was disgusting, the master bathroom hadn't been cleaned, there were used towels still hanging on the door. Other than a few other issues, it was a decent stay, the location was ideal and it was fairly easy to book

Very well maintained and beautifully decorated property in a great location

The headline says it all. The townhome is very well maintained and beautifully decorated. The location is convenient to the golf club and the hot springs (the center of town). Check in was very easy and everything worked perfectly. My only complaint, and it's a small one, is the bed in the master is VERY firm and uncomfortable to me. Everyone has different preferences so it may be to your liking.
