This condo is located in the historical Shadow Mountain Resort, which offers a public golf course next door, and tennis courts available if participating in a paid lesson or clinic. It opens up to the community pool and spa, offering alfresco dining options with generous seating for six. Community pools are heated in the colder months.

PET POLICY

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
