Omakotitalo, jonka ovat rakentaneet alkuperäiset omistajat, nauttimaan Palm Desert Country Club -alueen aavikkomaisista maisemista ja palveluista. Minuutin päässä Goldenvoicesin legendaarisesta paikasta Coachella, Stagecoach ja Desert Trip. Olemme sijaitsee Coachellan laakson keskellä, 120 maailman parhaista golfkentistä. Minuutin päässä retkeilyreiteistä, maailmankuululta Indian Wellsin tenniskentältä, erinomaisista ravintoloista ja Bermuda Dunes-lentokentästä. Koti on lähellä moottoritietä. Vain 20 minuutin päässä Palm Springsistä.

Family Get Together

This home is beautiful and had all that we needed for a fun getaway. My family came out from different states and we really enjoyed the pool, and all the other sport offerings. Plenty of room for dining, cooking and sleeping for the 13 of us. We had a great time! Nancy was a very gracious host and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Thanksgiving in the Desert

For many years our children and grandchildren have traveled with us for Thanksgiving. Maui and Kauai have been two long-time favorites and now we will add Palm Desert. The house is lovely with many gathering spaces but the best part is all of the outside activities. Pickleball became a favorite and we had many family matches. Nancy was responsive when we had questions and made our stay and Thanksgiving dinner preparation as smooth as can be. Definitely a place we would like to return to!

Amazing stay

Perfect for Multiple Families

Our family used this piece of paradise to stay with our family for a milestone birthday celebration. It was a perfect space to welcome multiple families, preferences and age ranges. We had grandparents, parents, young adults and children all finding their own space to enjoy and we had the perfect common areas to enjoy meals and game time together. Aside from the property, the owner is super accommodating and responsive. I'm trying to find another reason to come back with another set of friends! What a memorable way to spend our family vacation!

What a gem perfect for families

Nancy, our host was very accommodating and communicative throughout the entire process. She had detailed videos showing how everything worked throughout the house, considering there were so many features that made it perfect for the children. As you should know, the area gets hot and can be uncomfortable, but the built in misters and abundance of canopies, including the pool, made it so nice and comfortable especially for the kids. The backyard has so many things to do that including a sandy volleyball court, pickleball, basketball court, and many more in the acre large lot. We were in our private resort. Furthermore, the cleanliness and the availability of everything necessary made it feel a home away from home. We are truly thankful to Nancy for hosting us, and we look to visit again.

Paradise

We spent four nights here as a group of ten, enjoying Indian wells. And no one really wanted to tleave the house - so much space and so well decorated and landscaped. We stay at 8-10 vrbos every year for decades and the communication and check in process was the best! Can’t wait to return and stay longer.

Paradise in Palm Desert

House and amenities are perfect for an active family who enjoys hanging out together.....pool, spa, pickle ball court, ping pong, pool, corn ball toss, bocci ball, volley ball, basket ball. The house is amazing with ample accommodations for a large family.

Surprise Anniversary Party

We used this space to host a surprise one year wedding anniversary party for our family and friends. Right from the beginning Nancy was extremely helpful and communicative. She let us come visit the property a couple times to coordinate with our vendors. The property is gorgeous! The pictures don’t do it justice. We had an amazing weekend and would definitely recommend this space to anyone who just wants a relaxing vacation or anyone who wants to throw a great party.

Family Vacation

There were three generations staying at the Palm Desert Estate. The house was so perfect because we could all do what we like to do—- hang out in the kitchen, watch football on tv, play pool, play ping pong, and relax in the hot tub and/or in the hammock. The house was well located. We went to Joshua Tree National Park four different days and did different activities. The instructions for getting into the house, the supplies in the house, and the leaving instructions were all clear. When we did have questions our hostess replied immediately. We all agreed that the house contributed to an amazing week we had in Palm Desert.

Was an absolutely perfect place for me to celebrate my 80th birthday and the Thanksgiving week with my wife and family. Once there you don't want to leave--we only left for two rounds of golf and one evening dinner.

Great property - recommended!

Did a guys trip here with 10 other guys and the place was great. Plenty of space outside with lots to do. There were a couple minor issues that were dealt with swiftly. It is exactly like the pictures which is a good thing. Was a great experience.

Beautiful Resort-type Home

Fabulous vacation home fully equipped with everything. Home shows pride of ownership and host Nancy goes above and beyond to help guests feel comfortable in her home. Pool features impressive, beautiful gardens, large sand area and fire pit/conversation area in addition to basketball and pickleball courts. Property exactly as Nancy describes. Was wonderful home for 50th Anniversary multi-generational family gathering. All of us agreed we would love to stay here again!

Exceptional

House and property were amazing. It was too hot to enjoy all the backyard amenities (it got to 118°) but would love to go back in spring or fall. The back covered patio was huge and perfect for the hot weather, pool was great, overall just amazing!

Amazing property and Host

The pictures don’t do this property justice. The place had everything you could imagine and more. The host was there for the few questions I had and made us feel like we were family. We would 100% go back if we had a larger group trip or family vacation. The pool was perfect and the house was in great condition. Having the casita was an added plus for people who wanted to go to bed earlier. 10/10 I’d rate this place.

Nancy’s house is amazing. Every amenity. The backyard is gorgeous. Perfect to host a party. We had adults and kids from 2-13 years old. Everyone wanted to stay forever. Nancy made everything so easy. She was easy to talk to and available for questions. I would love to come back someday!
