This is the second time I stay in this hotel and I like it. The room was clean and the bed was clean too. The hotel shower is a walk in , so it’s nice to have glass doors instead of a curtain. I would stay again.

We keep coming back!

Our second time at this hotel. Very convenient being right off the freeway, staff was very courteous, our room was very clean, there’s several restaurants with great food near by. I highly recommend staying here.

Very nice and new surroundings. No riff raff clientele. The only things worth noting were the dirty bottom of the pool and if you stay for several days there is no deep cleaning, meaning they will leave your fallen hair scattered about the bathroom if you stay for 3 days or more.

The property was clean and staff was kind. I enjoyed the breakfast provided daily. The pool and spa were clean and the temperatures were comfortable. Overall would recommend staying here for a trip to Palm Desert.

Everything was great except check in they said hotels.com didn’t send in the reservation and it was impossible to get ahold of customer service,tried for over a hour and nothing from hotels .com luckily they had 2 rooms available to accommodate us. Hotels.com get 0 stars for horrible customer service no help whatsoever.

We stayed for 5 nights. Enjoyed the free breakfast and comfortable beds. Not much else. Problems started when we arrived rather late around 5pm. The front desk receptionist said they had no rooms clean and we have to wait an hour! Checkin is 4pm. The only room available was a first floor room with the window blocked. It was a cave. We moved to a higher floor room the second night. There was garbage on the bathroom floor and the only towel holder was broken. We told the front desk. No one came to fix it. Third night we returned to the room with slimy white substance all over the bathtub. We cleaned it up ourselves. The last night housekeeping didn't clean the room. Front desk response was rude when we complained. We told the housekeeper we were leaving on our way out in the afternoon. But the front desk white female claims we had the Do Not Disturb sign up. The room keys were deactivated 2 days a row, requiring a trip to the front desk. There were just too many problems and unacceptable responses. Will not return.
