They said desk was open until midnight. I got there at 11:40 and no one around on a paid reservation. Even the phone answering greeting said 2 am. Called emergency number provided and no one answered. You kept my money and I had to stay at Motel 6. Never will I visit you again unless you return my stolen money.

We felt that booking through Expedia we are trusting them to pick the best. The motel was old and the room we were assigned was not up to date, old, dirty, bathroom awful and heat/cool very hard to regulate. The outdoors was nice. The people at the office were great but the room was very disappointing. I have to wonder if Expedia gets X amount of rooms, which are not the best the motel has?! I do not know it was a great disappointment and we were thankful we only had to sleep in it.

My king bed room was lacking in furnishings. There were only two small stiiff backed chairs in addition to a small desk. There should have been an easy chair. There was no comfortable place to sit. The very small bathroom had only a free standing sink ( no counter) and a shower. The hanging soap holder in the shower was very rusted. The courtyard and pool area were pleasant.

One of the cleaning workers walked right into our room after we were given the room. This is unacceptable especially given the fact there was no knock or warning. The worker had a key and came right in without hesitation. Front desk said there was a mix-up in the system saying our room needed to be cleaned. Even if that were true, that does not excuse what happened. I felt very umcomfortable from that point on during our stay and was afraid anyone with a general key can and would enter the room while I was sleeping. Will not be staying here again or recommend.

Lovely little hotel in Palm Springs near my girlfriend’s place. Didn’t spend much time there but wish we had more time. The pool was inviting. Loved the mid-century vibe.
