Hot water did not come out in the shower room (I guess the valve has been worn out). Plus, the toilet seat was moving (The bottom part is not fixated on the floor). The jacuzzi in the pool was not warm enough. Overall, the hotel room looks outdated.

Missed out on the 5 stars as there was water outage on check out day. Otherwise there is some construction going on but all to create an even better zen of a resort. The main pools open until 2am which is a lovely touch for a moonlight swim. Would go back.

Love staying at the Ace Hotel. The Palms location has amazing staff but the shower in the room had a sulfurous smell to it. While not a deal breaker it was not great to smell that when showering. Would also be amazing if there was an Awards Program for Ace Hotels.
