Spend the day relaxing by the classic 1950`s deep pool while enjoying your favorite beverage. Then spend the evening lingering around the fire pit creating memories with friends and family under the stars. The beautiful desert landscape features multiple citrus trees, various flowers, and desert plants.

This property abounds with special amenities including a modern gas fireplace, living room television with Dish satellite service, and art that is sure to catch your eye. Comfortable furnishings throughout the home highlight the bright and open space.

The open concept and well-appointed cook`s kitchen has expansive countertops for a midcentury home, plus all the cooking utensils needed for an at-home dining experience.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, television, ensuite bath, closet, and glass slider to the backyard and pool. The two guest bedrooms share a fully upgraded hall bath and both include new Tempur-Pedic beds and televisions.

This home is conveniently located five minutes from the Palm Springs airport, downtown shops and restaurants, public and private golf courses, art galleries, and nightlife. Palm Springs area activities include world class golfing, hiking, botanical gardens, desert landscape parks, the Palm Springs Aerial Tram, tennis, gyms, horseback riding, and shopping (high-end outlet mall nearby).

In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. Our homeowners have made this home available for others to enjoy with their responsible group that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city's and house rules. The City of Palm Springs prohibits music and loud noise. It strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed outdoors at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm and 10:00 am, and guests are asked to be inside during those hours and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $79 nightly or $395 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
