Came and stayed to work and get some sunshine for a little over a week. Terrific communication with the owner. He let us in before the 4pm start time, which was a big plus. The unit itself was great.Everything worked terrific, spectacular location on the ground floor in a private gated community, this end unit also has some extra privacy which we really enjoyed. We felt very safe while we stayed here, and we enjoyed walking around the property after work at night.In the dark.There's also a beautiful mountain view from the living room. We used both of the pools. They were heated, and the other neighbors in the pool were super friendly and inviting. The location is very close to everything. We were able to easily go to church on Sunday, dine downtown palm springs, As well as go to ralph's grocery store for anything we needed. Short easy drive to the airport. They had pool noodles if you wanted to use them, the cupboards had lots ofDishware and utensils. The unit itself is very spacious. The beds were very comfortable, they had items to keep you comfortable, such as portable fans and air humidifiers, surplus, soap, shampoo and conditioner well stocked! The blackout shades in the bedroom were fantastic. Terrific large washer and dryer. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to book again!

Best time ever

This place had it all. It was clean, stocked with anything you would need,even had a pool. Close walking distance to bars,restaurants, shops, and a casino. Quiet and restful, never heard one neighbor. Would stay again.

Friends Sun Vacation

This condo is in an excellent location. Just blocks away from downtown Palm Springs, so if you enjoy walking you can't beat it. Very comfortable space for four adults. Kitchen was thoroughly stocked with utensils, pots/pans etc. Close to pool and tennis courts. We would definitely rent again it was so enjoyable.

The Boho Chic came as advertised. Very good location and very comfortable. The property itself is nice and the grounds well maintained. It was nice to be able to walk downtown and we really enjoyed our trip.

Great condo/Great location

The condo was clean, with modern upgrades, fully stocked with every thing you would need. The host was available with any needs, and the location could not have been better. We had a wonderful time in Palm Springs due in part because of the condo.

Nicely equipped and comfortable condo in a great location

We've stayed in the condo complex twice before and appreciate its walk-ability to things and activities. The unit is nicely furnished and comfortable with two outdoor patios that are relatively private.

Five stars all around. It’s even better than described on the site. Location can’t be beat, unit had everything you would need. Parking was easy (and about 10 minutes from the airport). Hosts communicative and helpful. Wouldn’t change a thing!

Palm Springs at its finest!

Just spent a month in Palm Springs and we can't say enough good things about the accommodations, the area itself, or our hosts. First, the condo is well-appointed (love the wallpaper!), well-stocked, and well-situated. There is plenty of space for up to six people (although we only had four adults at any one time), and the common area (living/dining/patio) is big enough to host dinners and comfortably watch TV or read. Situated in a gated community, the condo offers two HEATED pools and a hot tub (which we took total advantage of), as well as privacy since it is located at one end of the complex. The overall location is pretty sweet too since you are a) seven minutes from the airport; b) very close to a grocery store (Ralph's); and c) within walking distance of downtown (@3-4 blocks). NOTE: If you choose to drive, there is plenty of free parking downtown. You are also close to great hiking (Indian Canyons, Coachella Valley Preserve, Joshua Tree National Park); plenty of golf (Desert Dunes Golf Course); and lots of sightseeing (The Living Desert, PS Aerial Tram). In other words, there is no shortage of things to do, and if you just want to stare at the mountains, there's no shortage of those around. Finally, we can't say enough about our hosts. They were communicative and patient with us, especially when we couldn't figure out simple things (e.g., turning on the dishwasher). Thank you, Derek and Jason, for sharing your little piece of desert paradise! We had a great time and hope to come back very soon.

WOW…Beach Retro in the Desert

We’ve been coming to Palm Springs for some time now and finally found a community where the location and the condo were the best yet! We rented a car, but didn't use it much because we can walk to downtown: restaurants, shops, bars, cafes, the casino…everything really! The kitchen was fully stocked and labeled with everything we needed. The location of the condo was within a gated community and was in a quiet area full of fruit trees right outside. We felt both safe and welcomed by the friendly surrounding neighbors. The two pools made it nice to switch things up and the hot tub was perfect in the evenings after a long day of enjoying the sites and city. We even played tennis a few times. Lastly, Derek is a responsive and kind host. He thought of nearly everything, making this our new favorite place to stay. You can tell he has an eye for design, as the place is decorated with fun wallpaper, well appointed bathrooms, and personal touches that make the space feel special and unique. We've already asked to book this again for next year!
