We loved the location with great shopping and restaurants across the street or near the hotel. The pool and grounds were well kept. The room was comfortable and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the in room amenities. Things that need improvement: clean the carpets in the hallways! clean the elevator!, fix the elevator so that you don't have the ride to the 2nd floor before before pushing the 3rd floor button. put some attention into cleaning the walls and touching up paint chips. The light fixture in the bathroom of our room (321) had a big hole and a crack in it. The tub was very slippery. Both my husband and son nearly fell in the shower. I think it had to do with the body wash dispenser. Being a GM of Residence Inn in the past, the breakfast was unbelievable as were the people serving the guests. As an owner, I would make some modifications to keep people off the street from walking in to eat breakfast. I literally saw 2 women eat the most enormous breakfast and then before leaving, they each took 5 yogurts, one cleared out the sausage and omelet pans and one filled her bag with bagels and muffins and they walked out the front door. Maybe even putting in signage in the breakfast room to only take what you need to keep costs down. For more suggestions please fell free to contact me. I would be happy to come back and do further review.

Great staff,

Traveled w/ my 90 year old father, who has balance issues. The spacious room & bathroom were a definite plus. In addition, the had non-slip mats in the bathtub, which gave both my father & I peace of mind. As someone who travels a lot, the shampoo, soap, lotion, & conditioner dispensers are a thoughtful gesture. One does not have to pack those things, of they choose not to. The staff were super friendly & polite as well. I will definitely look to stay here again when I come through town next time.

Outstanding Staff!

I give this property 5 stars! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Christian at the front desk recognized us from a previous stay and handled all our requests with professionalism and care. Javier also greeted us with an outstanding smile and warm welcome, and Gabriella was equally friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Rosa, our housekeeper, who looked after us throughout our week-long stay. She was always attentive and cheerful, making sure we had everything we needed. The two ladies working the breakfast area were wonderful, always serving with a smile and checking in to ensure we were enjoying our meal. Despite the busy 4th of July holiday, they kept the breakfast area well-stocked with fresh coffee and delicious food. Kudos to the entire staff, including those who maintained the pool and kept the property clean and tidy. And last but certainly not least, a big thank you to the General Manager for leading such a fantastic team. We’ll definitely be back, thank you for the outstanding service! Linard Timatyos

This place was fine. Close to everything, quiet. Only minor complaint was that the gap under the main door was pretty big. I would stay here again though if I ever did need to stay in the area.
