Very well maintained. The landscaping was beautiful and hospitable to hummingbirds. The pool area was enjoyable. Within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. The coffee maker could have been better, but we enjoyed our stay.

A few things missing!

This is a very cute hotel but a bit problematic. My room was cute but lacked some things that I would have liked to have, such as a desk, a chair, hot water in the shower, and at least 1 bright light. It was very hot (98 degrees) on the days I stayed there. It's great if you want to hang out in the pool, but too hot to think about sitting outside if you're not wet. The hotel's restaurant was under renovation. Had it been open, and air conditioned, one could have sat there, at a table, with a chair. But it wasn't. So your only choice was to sit in your room. Or, as the hotel manager suggested, go across the street to a coffee shop. Not everyone needs a desk and chair when they go to a resort city, but I do, wherever I am.

Pros: room was beautiful, spacious and impeccably clean. I’m allergic to dust so I can always tell! Pool was refreshing; hot tub relaxing. I had a very peaceful stay. Cons: I would recommend deadbolt locks for better security. The gates that said “keep closed” were often open. And maybe leave an ice chest outside after 5 pm so guests can access chilled water and ice.

I loved the cleaniness of the rooms. The only thing I would recommend is cutting down the trees and also upgrading the pool area. It is so outdated but the cleaniness and quietness made up for it.

I love this hotel. I always make new friends at the pool. Although it is open to families, I like that it's mostly adults that stay here. I am a school teacher and love children but when I go on vacation I prefer a quiet setting especially at the pool. I don't want to be hit with pool toys or here a bunch of screaming. I like that the housekeeping staff cleans and refreshes your room every morning of your stay. Many hotels I have stayed lately do not do that unless you specifically ask. The owners keep the property clean and up to date with attention to detail. I have been coming to this hotel for about 13 years. The rooms are beautiful, well decorated. I like that there is a bathtub/shower combo in each. The restaurant is undergoing renovations right now but should be open soon. They serve the best Mexican food and I am Mexican American. The location is great; you can walk to downtown and it's close to Agua Caliente Casino (about half a mile). Staff is friendly and accommodating as well as the owners who are often at the property.

Friendly staff, clean accommodations. The pool is a little small, so it felt crowded on a hot afternoon, which was not quite how I pictured a Palm Springs getaway. But it was nice in the evening. Also note that some hotels in Palm Springs are adults only, but this one is family friendly, so there will be kids in the pool.
