OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES The distinctive yellow front door opens to a private oasis framed by manicured lawns and lush hedges. At the center, a shimmering pool with inset spa invites you to lounge in the sunshine, nap on the outdoor daybed, or gather around the fire feature for starlit evenings. Multiple patios, a gas grill, and alfresco dining for ten make it effortless to enjoy the desert lifestyle. The kitchen is bright and modern with stainless steel appliances, a cheerful breakfast bar, and everything you need to prepare meals. The adjacent dining area seats eight and flows seamlessly into the living room and patio, perfect for entertaining.

SLEEPING QUARTERS The primary suite is a private retreat with a king bed, TV, ensuite bath, and direct access to the patio for late-night stargazing. Two additional king bedrooms—one convertible to twins—share a sleek hall bath with a walk-in rainhead shower. Each bedroom is thoughtfully styled to balance comfort with vibrant retro flair.

THE HISTORY Poolside Gossip sits within Desert Dorado, a residential development designed in the early 1970s by Hugh Kaptur, one of Palm Springs' most prolific architects. Known for innovative desert modernism, Kaptur created a series of cul-de-sac homes that embraced indoor-outdoor living with clean lines, open layouts, and bold use of glass and space. Today, this home continues that legacy, blending architectural heritage with a playful, modern-day resort vibe.
