The room was old in need of a renovation It smelled like mold The sofa bed was broken and uncomfortable I was charged $30 for parking my vehicle in an unsecured outside parking lot which is ridiculous Upon receiving my final invoice I noticed there was no record of my deposit for $300 When I asked about this and when I would receive my deposit back, Angel, at the front desk told me it would be returned within a couple business days. He acted indignant and arrogant regarding my concern. Overall this was an unpleasant stay and the rooms need to be addressed.

Loud noises from 1:30-4:30am. Woke up me and my spouse even though we wear earplugs. Contacted the front desk at 2:00 and only option was to move rooms which is ridiculous at 2:00am. No help otherwise and the noise/banging continued.

The beddings and towels are old and not clean enough. Too noise outside of swimming pool in the night time. The location is okay but no any restaurants nearby. The hotel only offers simple breakfast and they don’t have a restaurant. But the staff are nice and friendly. Plus they charge 10$/night parking fee.

This hotel was a good choice if you don’t need to be near the center of town. The staff was welcoming. The room was clean. The kitchen had the necessary equipment. The gym is satisfactory but small. Breakfast can be crowded and chaotic.
