One of the elevators was out of service and the one that was working was uncomfortably warm. One suggestion would be more towels in the room. Complimentary breakfast was really good with plenty of options!

Family travel

We only had a one night stay while traveling. The room was good size and beds were comfortable. It would have been nice for staff to have a separate service elevator especially when one of the two guest elevators was out of service. Overall it was a nice stay and would recommend for others!

Great stay!

We arrived prior to check in time and asked if we could at least leave our luggage while out exploring..to our surprise the rooms were ready!! Very accommodating and friendly staff! Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Pretty nice hotel. Nothing fancy, just the basics. The bed was pretty comfortable, and everything seemed clean. The shower was pretty spacious, but the floor in the shower was very flimsy. It felt as if I might fall through. Other than that it was an overall a decent place. I would stay here again.

Parking is an absolute nightmare, there’s literally no where to park at night. The hallways and elevator are hot. No towels in the pool area. I had to pack my luggage up 3 flights of stairs because the elevator was broken.

Can't really find anything to complain about other than the poor bed pillows! Way too soft and mushy but, fortunately, there were extra in the room and the front desk staff sent up more upon request. The pool would have been a great asset but I personally found the water too cold for my taste, however, that's a personal thing; many others seemed to enjoy it without issue. Great variety of breakfast items and a bright & cheerful lobby to enjoy. The hotel ticked all the boxes and we'd definitely consider returning in the future.
