Wonderful stay and very friendly staff. Lighting in the room had some issues (flickers on and of randomly) and water easily comes out when taking shower (a plastic lip under the glass door could easily help) otherwise great stay in a perfect location.

Just got back from three wonderful days at the Central Hotel. From the exquisite architecture to the accommodating staff I loved every minute. Each day I walked 5 miles in the area discovering the wonderful shops, cafes, restaurants and churches in the area. I look forward to a return visit.

We absolutely love this hotel. The staff were super nice, building was clean and our room was quite nice. The restaurants were also nice, and the food was well prepared. I would recommend to anyone and I would stay again. The bar served a signature drink that was smoked, I don't remember the name but it was delicious. There was an area near by about 4 block over that was heavily patrolled, and I believe this was for safety.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location for the old Town. I was on the 4th floor facing into the atrium hotel seating and cafe area. The music being played on the ground floor could be heard clearly in my room day and night. There was no peace after a day in the town. Maybe the outside rooms are quieter. Not very relaxing.

Poor customer service and negligent drivers. The shuttle drivers that the hotel organized for us were not good. One driver had a car accident assuming an automatic sensored toll poll raise and the other driver we had was watching Netflix on his car screen while driving us from the airport. One of the hotel receptionists at the front desk was very rude and hung up the phone when dealing with an incident with our driver. Don’t take the hotel’s shuttle service or tours. We sourced our tours from San Felipe hotel instead.
