This is an ok hotel. It is exactly what you expect for the price. The front desk staff was not friendly during our checkin but otherwise we had no issues.

Property without hot water in Panama is normal. The climate is so warm and the water's not so cold, so a shower is tolerable. The water is clean and tasty.

1st visit to Panama

Our stayed at this hotel was Superb! Quality Customer Service and reasonable rates. Great location and easy access to the train/metro station and busses, especially if you are going to shop at the Albrook Mall. The gentleman and the young lady (D) with the braids at the front desk were extremely supportive towards our concerns which made our visit extra special. Any minor issues we had were dealt with in a timely manner. The room was spacious and came with a refrigerator but next time we will certainly book a room with a kitchenette as it will be more suited for our family needs. However, our room was peaceful (no noise from external areas) and provided valuable sleep. My family and I also enjoyed the safety surroundings and being able to walk to the metro station and restaurants (McDonalds, Wendy's, Subway etc.) within close proximately to the hotel. As a result of our wonderful experienced, we will certainly stay at this hotel again!

Great location, super close to the metro, safe area with lots of dining options. Hotel has everything you need, but it is a bit outdated and run down. Staff are very helpful and fixed a couple of problems I had with my room very quickly.
