-The pool is open until 10 PM and glass is not allowed in the pool.
-In case of loss of key, an additional fee will be charged for its replacement.
-In case of a late check out without the consent of the host we may charge up to 50% of the last night rate.
We recommend leaving the windows closed to avoid condensation in the air-conditioned flat. Also as a precaution in case of rain. Any damage of this nature will possibly incur an additional charge.
-One vehicle is allowed per booking, in the case of units A and B two vehicles may be allowed one behind the other.

This was our first stay in a big city. I would recommend it! The view from the apartment is so cool. I could stay on the rooftop in the social area and watch the city for hours.The apartment has plenty of space and it fit my family of 6 so nicely. We appreciated having a washer and dryer. A few more items to make the kitchen more usable would be great.

I want to be honest and fair with this review. The most accurate part of the listing was definitely the city views,they were great and matched what was advertised.However, describing this property as “luxury” is misleading. The unit is in an older building and presents much better in photos than it does in person. When we arrived, the floors were dusty, and we even found a cockroach in the kitchen, which immediately took away from the experience.There were also a few maintenance issues: one bedroom’s air conditioner had a noticeable odor, and one of the bathroom doors would not properly shut.To their credit, the hosts were responsive and did come to sweep and mop after we brought the cleanliness issue to their attention, which we appreciated. That said, the initial condition and overall upkeep really impacted our stay.At the end of the day, this is not a luxury property. With some updates and better attention to detail, it could be a much better experience but as it stands, it didn’t meet expectations.

The host was very responsive. Made the reservation, arrival and departure very easy.The property- what you see is what you get. It was exactly what was represented in all respects. We stayed 7 days and could easily have stayed 7 more.
