The cabin was clean, quiet, and well looked after. The basket of s’mores ingredients was a nice touch (though it was too rainy and cold to make use of it). Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable; it was extremely soft and it crested in the middle, keeping me guessing whether I was going to roll onto the floor at some point. New beds would make the property much more desirable.

Somewhat private. The traffic dies down around 10:30. The main light didnt work and neither did the TV. Nice amenities. Indoor outdoor carpet needs to be replaced. The foam bed was a surprise and is not good support.

The cabin was clean and cozy. Enjoyed the bonfire every night and lake view. Sondra was very nice and enjoyed her visits. She got me a different lawn chair to sit in as I couldn’t sit in those low chairs after hip surgery and need a knee replacement. The tv was hard to figure out .Would tell people about this place. We would come back in the future.

Not correct name on rental. (Freighters view) right on the road which was too close. Inside was fine. Back area didn’t allow going to lake shore line. HVAC unit didn’t work but that was really not an issue. I liked the fan that was provided. In summary we liked the inside but the view and the signage were unsatisfactory

Loved our stay! Clear communication throughout the booking process and stay. Adorable, comfortable, and clean accommodations right on the lake. Sit by the fire and enjoy the view. Appreciated the wood and welcome goodies. Looks just like the pictures and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. I wasn’t looking for new and modern. I wanted an authentic, traditional lakeside stay with a homey feel. That’s exactly what I got. Excellent location for exploring the area. Well-kept, well-run, family-owned business. Perfect place to rest your head and relax by the water with a fire. No access to the water itself but, you are right on the water. Great home base location to explore the white fish area and surrounding nature.

Cozy Little Place Close to the Goat Locker and Whitefish Point!

We LOVED our stay in Paradise!We visited 4/10/25--4/13/25 (in between Snowmobile and the Spring/Summer seasons). A lot of the peninsula was closed down during this time (which was perfectly fine with us--we went to relax and get a break from people!)This little studio cabin was PERFECT for us! Beautiful view of lake Superior; close to Whitefish Point/the Shipwreck Museum (less than 10 minutes away); close to the Goat Locker (less than 5 minutes away). Would definitely rent this place again!
