There is a completely self-contained basement apartment with quiet long-term tenants. The basement apartment is separate from the guest space.

A vehicle is recommended for getting around Paradise and the St. John’s area. There is parking on site, and the location makes it easy to drive to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions.

For stays of 30 nights or more, snow clearing during the stay is the guest’s responsibility unless snow service is arranged for a fee.
