Simplesmente perfeito! Ficamos encantados com a hospedagem, desde o atendimento atencioso até o conforto dos quartos. Bora pra frente!

Entendo que por ser o primeiro mês de funcionamento do hotel, muitos problemas podem ocorrer, e ocorreram. Ficamos sem água por um dia e tivemos que nos hospedar em um quarto inferior ao contratado na primeira noite, por conta de um "erro do sistema", mas fui reembolsado prontamente. Funcionários educados, sem ressalvas. Palmas para o manobrista, extremamente cortês, simpático e preocupado. Café da manhã de boa qualidade, mas precisam trocar a forma de fazer café. O mesmo estava com gosto de queimado nos 4 dias de nossa hospedagem. Pães de queijo e demais "folhados" estavam secos e frios, mesmo quando fomos os primeiros a tomar café, às 7:00. O quarto é bom, mas a pia e bancada do banheiro do quarto menor que ficamos, é péssima, não cabe sequer sua necessaire em cima. Já a do quarto maior, é excelente, com duas pias e bancada enorme. Palmas para o box com dois chuveiros. Excelente. A cama... por ser tão novo, o colchão não poderia jamais estar deformado como estava. Acredito que tenha vindo de outro hotel, ou coisa parecida. Travesseiros... nota 5. A varanda com minha piscina particular! De tirar o chapéu! Parabéns. Só poderiam estender ao hóspede o direito de apagar a luz de sua própria piscina... No geral, foi excelente. Parabéns aos proprietários, pela iniciativa, coragem e empreendedorismo! Desejo muito sucesso e espero voltar em breve.

Incrível - do atendimento ao restaurante

Tivemos uns dias incríveis em Paraty, pois apesar da chuva tinhamos a estrutura do SDesing para curtir. Piscinas aquecidas, serviço e atendimento super atencioso, cafe da manhã sensacional e um restaurante com refeições maravihosas e os drinks? Perfeitos!! Foi excelente!
