This apartment on the 2nd floor (without elevator) consists of a living space of 39sq. m and includes :

Strange behaviour of the agency

The apartment is ok. The check-in was delayed by 2,5hrs as the room service wasn't done. When you try to get in contact with the agency called Welkeys you only get machine generated answers. Large and loft like apartment - means no real doors between the rooms. It's situated in a vivid surrounding and near the famous cemetery of Pere Lachaise - so visit the burial ground of Jim Morrison. To get to the touristic highlights it's not that close but ok with the Metro or bus.

A nice spot & neighborhood

The apartment did the job! My 23yo son & I stayed here to see the Olympics. The apartment was clean and all the appliances worked. We couldn’t figure out the tv, but that was fine as we had a laptop and iPad to view even that we’d didn’t have tickets for. The blackout curtains worked well. We did have to bring our own fans for the heat of August, but we weren’t ever uncomfortable, otherwise. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (3rd floor if you’re an American), but we got used to that quickly. There seemed to be someone the first few nights that was loud in the middle of the night, but it no longer happened after the 2nd night. We let the hosts know, even though we didn’t think they could do anything about it. The neighborhood had several nice cafes and the bus & metro were nearby. It was a good quiet place to go after the hectic days of Olympic events. We enjoyed our time in the city and the apartment was part of that.

Peut mieux faire

Bel appartement , bien placé et très bien rénové. Malheureusement la propreté n’est pas au rendez-vous. L’aspirateur est cassé, il manque éponges et chamoisettes et il n’y a pas de protège matelas. Peut mieux faire.

Not Perfect But Really Great

This place is not perfect, but it was the perfect place to vacation for this family of 3 (Mom and two teenaged daughters.) It's a small place in a very quiet area on a charming cobblestoned street. The neighborhood is off the beaten track with a LOT of shops and restaurants nearby. It was very easy to get around all of Paris with multiple bus stops and metro stations near the apartment. And the beds are super comfortable, even the pullout sofa. Since the apartment is not air-conditioned, please consider adding a couple of box fans in the heat of summer. Opening the windows didn't help much.
